The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming, peaceful house for rent in the commune of Le Martinet in the Cévennes. Nestled in the forest with superb mountain views, it features an above-ground pool and jacuzzi. With a surface area of 75 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes a pleasant 30 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 750 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), excellent bedding with mattress topper
- Bedroom 2: with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180×200) located on a slightly lower level. Excellent bedding with mattress topper
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and inflatable paddle boards.

- A private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (4.12m x 2m x 1.22m) open from May 15 to September 15.
- Jacuzzi available from May 15 to September 15 for 4 people
- 750 m² enclosed garden with sandy beach area for relaxing

- Direct, private access to the surrounding Cévennes forest
The house is ideally located in Le Martinet, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Canoeing in the Ardèche gorges or the Gardon river
