House located in the town center, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its unique church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco, or go swimming in the Creuse River (beach a 1km walk away).
A swimming pool heated depending on the weather (shared with 3 other gîtes) with a depth of 1.50 meters (5 feet), a chalet (shower and toilet) (open hours 10 [hidden] to 9 [hidden] and a wood-heated Nordic hot tub (not available in July and August).
5 minutes away is the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry) with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes away is the village of Gargilesse (one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoes, etc.) and Brenne Natural Park will complete your stay. Beauval Zoo is 1 hour 15 minutes away. This detached house offers tranquility. A few steps (6) take you to the kitchen/living room with exposed beams and stone walls, and a wood-burning stove. On the upper level (5 steps): 2 bedrooms (one king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds (90x190cm) and two single beds (90x190cm) - travel cot), WC - shower room.
Electric heating included in the price.
Private 400 m² garden and 2800 m² shared green space with trampoline, pétanque court, and ping-pong table.
Garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs, and parasol.
Private parking.
