This airport hotel is about 20 minutes ride to the airport. While the location may be farther off site than many of the big branded properties it is on the edge of a village with a couple of food options and a nice bakery. The hotel has easy wireless access and a breakfast purchase option.The only complaint I had was that the complimentary airport shuttle dropped me off at terninal 2 instead of terminal 1 with no explanation

Only 1 person at the front desk to handle check-ins, any other guest requests, and also man the bar. No way to get to get drinks as the only vending machine was out of service. Other than that everything was excellent.

Room as pictured. The airport shuttle was on time and took me to the airport safely. Relatively quiet room with no disturbances and the concierge was helpful. The only thing is this hotel is quite far from the centre of Paris so if you're gonna go in to the city be prepared for the drive in or taxi.

The staff was excellent, but the amenities were lacking. WiFi and the room phone were non-functional. The compact room was sufficient for a one-night stay. Food options were limited, but two restaurants within a 10-minute walk offered Italian cuisine. The Italian restaurant was unwelcoming and almost didn’t want to serve me, but the food was okay.

This is an adequate hotel for what it is. Trying to call the hotel to find out about getting the shuttle to pick up was impossible first of all they only answer the phone with a message and it's in French and you can't understand it if you don't speak french. Then we had a hard time trying to find the shuttle ended up taking a cab which cost me 50 euros and the hotel was only 10 minutes away from the airport lack of communication with the shuttle and being able to call the hotel was terrible absolutely terrible and I have to admit the price for the room was a little bit expensive for what it was it's just a popover hotel for the night if you need to spend the night from the airport.

We booked this hotel close to CDG because they offered a shuttle service. In the morning we went to catch the 7am shuttle only to be told it wasn’t running, the driver called in sick. It was a little stressful and there was no compensation offered. Front desk staff instructed us to contact the hotel, which is what I thought we were doing. Now, back in Canada trying to figure out how to be reimbursed for a service that was supposed to be included.
