Beautiful Villa 170 m² in cosy creole style oposite a white sandy beach in a beautiful garden of Palmtrees for up to 6 people with housemaid/cook. This house is located in a very quiet aera, far away from tourism in the south of the Island but just around the corner from the golf and watersportfacilities from the morne brabant. The house is 20 m next to the Villa Cocoteraie, separated by a hedge and very private in a beautiful garden of palmtrees, with the sea at the left and great view on the well known Mountain Le Morne. Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water. The beautiful south coast is wild and natural. 1 housemaid comes 6x/week in the morning for cleaning. This service is included in the price.

The international Spot for Kite and Windsurf « One Eye » is only 5 minutes away by car. You have the possibility of renting a Fisherboot vor trips in the lagoon in the village of le Morne nearby. The bus stopps right in front of the house. In Rivière Noire, you will find Deep Sea fishing, Visits to the dolphins, katamaran, diving and snorkeling. Golf is open at Le Morne Brabant.Ideal location for kitesurfers.

Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt…….

…… und sind nach einer Woche abgereist, obwohl wir für drei Wochen bezahlt hatten! Wir wollten ein Haus mit eigenem Pool, viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre - das war nicht gegeben! Teilweise sind die Bilder irreführend, der Garten, Pool und Terrasse sind wesentlich kleiner als es scheint. Wir haben gesehen, dass es hinter dem Pool einen Zaun gibt, das ist aber der Außenzaun der gesamten Anlage, und davor ist ein Weg, direkt hinter unserem Pool, der von allen möglichen Leuten benutzt wird! Gleich am ersten Tag lief da mehrmals die Mieterin aus dem Nachbarhaus entlang um die Waschmaschine unseres Hauses zu benutzen. Die Terrasse ist mit herunter gelassenen Rollos zwar etwas Blickgeschützt, aber heiß und stickig, da es keinen Ventilator gibt. Außerdem kann mangels Zaun jederzeit Mensch oder Tier (großer freilaufender Hund) auf der Terrasse stehen! Wegen dem Zyklon wurden die Rollos hochgezogen und wir saßen wie auf dem Präsentierteller! Das blieb auch nach dem Zyklon so. Es stehen sieben sehr hohe Palmen dicht am Haus, die überhaupt nicht gepflegt wurden. Bereits am 2. Tag habe ich die Besitzer angerufen, dass wir weder Sonnenliegen, noch Sitzgruppe nutzen können, weil ständig Verletzungsgefahr bestand durch trockene Palmwedel oder Kokosnüsse die herunter fallen (das war VOR dem Zyklon). Als Reaktion wurde der Gärtner geschickt, der alles was am Boden lag, aufgeräumt und die Möbel auf die andere Gartenseite geräumt hat! Der Pool ist recht klein und der Roboter dreht sich nur im kleinen Kreis. Es gibt keine Bettdecke, sondern nur ein Leintuch und den Bettüberwurf. Innerhalb der Anlage haben wir mehrfach eine große Horde von Wildschweinen gesehen. In der Anzeige stand:: mit Hausmädchen/Köchin. Dass man fürs kochen extra zahlen muss, war uns klar, aber das Hausmädchen sollte im Mietpreis inklusive sein! Als wir nach der Buchung weitere Unterlagen erhalten haben, stand darin, dass wir pro Tag 3 - 5 Euro Trinkgeld geben sollten und bei Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass sie nur kommt wenn wir sie rufen. Wir haben tierliebe Menschen erwartet, da in der Anzeige stand, dass sie Katzen haben. Tatsache war, dass wir den ganzen Tag schreiende, hungrige Katzen gehört und gesehen haben! Eine vom Hund schwer verletzte Katze mit gebrochenem Bein, also nicht mehr alleine überlebensfähig, wurde verscheucht, bzw., der Besitzer meinte nur, der Hund sollte die Katzen töten und nicht nur verletzen! Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub war für uns somit nicht möglich!

5 étoiles! si y avait 6, 7, 8, j'en mettrais 6, 7,8...villa, environs immédiats de la villa, gens croisés, couleur-pays, les plages, le lagon..j'arrête ça..tu rentres, t'es juste surboosté d'avoir autant profité...sans hésiter, les yeux fermés...

Maison agréable, bien placée si vous cherchez le calme et avez une voiture, dans une très belle palmeraie, propre, bien équipée, avec des lits confortables. Très bon accueil des propriétaires sympathiques et discrets.
