This house is located in a very quiet area, far away from tourism in the south of the Island 5 minutes away from Morne Brabant by car where you will find the golf course and water sports facilities.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of palm trees, with the sea at the left and a great view of the well known Mountain Le Morne.

Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water. A few meters further it is nice for swimming and snorkeling. The Bay is protected and very nice to enjoy throughout the year.

The south coast is wild and natural with beautiful beaches and cliffs further to the east.

Two maids come 6x/week.

The international spot for kiting and windsurfing called « One Eye » is only 5 minutes away by car.
The bus comes every half hour and stops right in front of the property.

You can rent a fishing boat in the nearby village of Le Morne for trips on the lagoon.
In Rivière Noire, you will discover deep sea fishing. You call also see dolphins and enjoy catamaran outings, diving and snorkeling.
Golf is possible at Le Morne Brabant or Bel Ombre.

The famous golf courses of the hotel Le Morne Brabant Paradis and the golf course of Bel Ombre are onlz 5 -10 min by car.
The site and waterfalls of Chamarel are“around the corner“.
Next Supermarket and restaurants are at 10 min. in la Gaulette.

For those who enjoy deer hunting, we hunt in June/July/August and subject to payment the client can attend and shoot deer if he is a certified hunter.
