Unique with high ceilings and wooden beams, newly built luxury villa with tropical garden just 2 minutes from the beautiful beach of La Prairie, 5 minutes by car from the village of Le Morne and the kite surf school, 8 minutes the Morne Paradis golf course and the One Eye school renowned for wind surfing and kiting, 15 minutes from the magnificent Bel Ombre golf course; Views of the sea and the Morne Mountain from the terrace and the private swimming pool; Fireplace on the terrace and cozy corner; Large open kitchen, TV in the living room and additional TV room.
For couples, groups, families looking for a particular experience, Villa LA PRAIRIE is unique; We only rent the villa when we travel; the villa was built with ALL that is necessary for our comfort and now yours! Different comfortable corners to relax, each room has its own unique view .. garden, sea, mountain. the villa is on a private family property sharing 2000 hectares (!!) with only 11 other houses; Villa La Prairie overlooks the others with a large private tropical garden full of bougainvilleas, a volleyball court, a private pool, a fireplace on the lawn and a fireplace on the terrace;
Parking behind the villa;
There is a separate house for 2 additional people in a comfortable wooden house next to the villa, with its own kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
Swimming with dolphins can be arranged, picking you up directly on the beach 500 meters away;
A cleaning lady comes 6 times a week and can cook Mauritian specialties (food and drinks are not included);
