Not as expected, no food and ina bad location.

Advertised as having a restaurant, not so. After having a long day on the road we booked this hotel expecting to be able to eat. In addition the evening member of staff was not helpful and quite surly. Location not good next to a lorry park in the middle of a junction , do not believe the photos. However the morning staff were helpful and friendly.

Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean but there was only decaffeinated coffee available. This hotel served our purpose for a obe night stay. I'd say it's mainly for business travellers as the location is off a very busy road in an industrial area. Recommended for business stays but definitely not a holiday hotel.

Reception staff member was very helpful, I arrived late and they provided useful local information on restaurants. Room was clean and tidy - tea / coffee was very welcome after a long drive.

Comfortable, spotless and good value

This hotel was exactly as advertised. It is much better than the average motorway stop with regards to comfort, really comfy bed and an excellent shower. Seamless check-in and pleasant staff. We did not eat here, but walked to the nearest eatery which was an American style diner which was fine but there were not great footpaths etc in the immediate area. We were too tired to get into the car again and so missed out on the local town. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable stop.

Like it's name, comfortable. The heater was a bit odd. Not hard to figure out exactly; it had clear instructions in several languages. But after turning it on and the temp up, it didn't do anything, so I kĂšpt fiddling with it. But then I thought maybe the fan doesn't start blowing until it has heated itself up for a few minutes, so I waited. That was it. That was really the only flaw to the room, and it was just confusing because I didn't have this review to explain it. So you're welcome. :)

Pas plu : une malheureuse petite bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée. Nous étions un couple. Cloisons en varton. Bruits intérieurs à notre réveil. Petit déjeuner : étant fatigués, nous avons dormi tard. Lorsque nous nous sommes présentés pour le petit déjeuner à 9 h 35 un employé peu aimable nous a informé que le petit déjeuner n'était servi que jusqu'à 9 h 30 !! Nous n'avions pas été informés lors de notre arrivée.Réflexion de fonctionnaire. On n'a pas le droit de se reposer dans cet hÎtel. Il faut se plier aux horaires des fonctionnaires d'un hÎtel privé !....
