Well equipped villa, lovely area

Overall everything was great. It's a lovely little village and there is so much to see and do in the area. However, I did find the steps up/down to the pool a little hard going! It was quite a long way down, not quite what I expected! Every effort has been made to make the outside space private but I was still very conscious of the people next door and below us. This is not a complaint this is just my personal preference.

Perfect village house with a view and a pool

This is a wonderful old house with real character. The location is amazing with footpaths dotted around the village. A short hike is rewarded with incredible views. Within easy reach of Arles, Avignon and Nîmes would highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa in the lovely Côtes du Rhone

Excellent villa with lovely owners. Very peaceful, but very close to lovely towns and villages, vineyards to visit and close to historical places of interest.

Lovely stay in a beautiful house

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. Our hosts were responsive, friendly and very helpful in all matters. The pictures almost doesn’t make the house justice. We found it even nicer in real life. Only thing that we missed was a restaurant or two in the little town but all in all we had an amazing trip.

Beautiful and very tastefully renovated house in Le Pin. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Marie and Gérald were welcoming, absolutely nice and helpful hosts. The house, especially the kitchen, is well equipped. We were not missing anything. Beautiful pool in a beautiful garden. We can recommend the place, would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la maison de Marie. La décoration est épurée et soignée. La climatisation et la piscine tres agreables les journées de chaleur. La maison est bien équipée. Elle se situe dans un très joli village calme et vivant à la fois. Petit bémol nous avons été surpris de nous rendre compte que Marie habitait la maison mitoyenne alors que nous ne communiquions que par messages et que nous sommes rentrés grâce à une boite à clé.

Une vue imprenable, on aperçoit même le mont Ventoux!La maison est spacieuse et la climatisation est disponible dans toutes les chambres.La plancha est idéale pour des barbecue sur la terrasse. grande piscine parfaite .Le café du petit village est très typique et permet de siroter sous les arbres de la place, mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux du patron.Notre déception a été que la maison est partagée avec d'autres locataires à l'étage inférieur et ceci n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce! Même si chacun dispose de sa piscine et que leur terrasse a un brise vue, on n'est pas complètement chez soi, surtout au niveau du bruit (musique et conversations).

Très belle demeure et propriétaires charmants

Maison idéalement située au cœur du village. Très bel accueil des propriétaires et parfaite communication pendant le séjour. La propriété convient parfaitement pour deux familles avec enfants. Le jardin est sublime. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Superbe maison pleines de charmes

La maison était pleine de charme, propriétaire super sympa et très réactif au moindres petit problèmes. Petit bémol : pas d’éclairage autour de la piscine, donc impossible de boire un verre ou de se baigner dès qu’il fait nuit, la cuisine est mal agencé pour 8 personnes (manque de rangement et de matériel)

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille dans cette belle et vaste demeure. Le lieu était conforme à nos attentes, et l'accueil de la propriétaire adorable. A noter cependant qu'il y a un autre logement en location juste en dessous, chacun dispose de son jardin et sa piscine mais il peut y avoir un peu de vis à vis. Signaler également que l'accès au jardin / piscine se fait par deux escaliers assez raides (pas recommandés pour les jeunes enfants ou personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer). La cuisine est vaste et bien équipée, mais mériterait quelques rangements pour les provisions et un réfrigérateur neuf.

Ruhige Oase in Südfrankreich

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzer. Sehr große und gut möblierte Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen. Ideal für zwei Parteien/Familien. Tolle Terrasse mit großem Grill und wunderschönem Panorama über Dorf und Landschaft. Großer und sehr sauberer Pool. Überall genug Platz auch um sich mal zurückzuziehen. Das Dorf liegt etwas abgelegen aber dafür sehr idyllisch in einer sehr malerischen Landschaft – Hügel, viel Wald, Weinberge. Alle größeren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto in max. 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen, die Ruhe, Natur, guten Wein und antike Kultur suchen.

Traumhafte Ferien

Es ist selten, dass ein Ferienhaus in Wahrheit noch schöner ist als auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Hier ist es der Fall. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief die ganze Zeit total unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war alles super. Das Haus ist einfach schön. Die Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Dächer, in die Natur. Der Pool liegt toll, sichtgeschützt und im blühenden Garten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses bietet alles um den Aufenthalt angenehm zum machen und sich zu versorgen. Die Lage des Hauses, direkt im Zentrum des kleinen Ortes, ist ebenfalls perfekt. Erwartetet hatten wir einen sehr kleinen Ort und die Tatsache, dass wir ständig das Auto brauchen werden- bekommen haben wir einen idyllischen Ort durch den man gerne spaziert und in dem es sogar einen kleinen Laden gibt, der alles bietet um sich zu verpflegen und in dem wir jeden Morgen unser Brot bestellt und frisches Obst gekauft haben. Auch auf eine Tasse Kaffee konnte man dort verweilen. Für größere Einkäufe konnte man, mit 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit, alle wichtigen Läden erreichen. Wenn man Ruhe sucht und die schöne Region erleben will, kann man diesen Ort nur empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und wir würden es immer weiterempfehlen und auch wiederkommen. Danke an Marie für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Perfekter Aufenthalt bei sympathischen Gastgebern

Wir haben eine wundervolle Herbstwoche in Le Pin verbracht. Ein kleines beschauliches Örtchen mit Bäcker und dem freitäglichen Highlight: Ein Pizzawagen, der bombastische Pizzen zubereitet. Die Umgebung lädt zu tollen Ausflügen und Wanderungen ein. Für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein! Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage ist ein Traum. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit tollem Blick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool war zu dieser Zeit schon etwas zu kalt - aber wir haben uns hineingetraut. Im Sommer muss es fantastisch sein, weil der Garten einfach schön ist, man ganz für sich sein kann und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen vorhanden sein sollte. Wir waren nur zu viert, aber auch mit zwei Familien ist mehr als genug Platz und Raum für jeden, damit man sich nicht auf den Füßen steht. Kurzum: Wir empfehlen die Wohnungen gerne weiter und kommen sicher selbst auch wieder! Danke an Marie und Gerard für die schöne Zeit und den leckeren Wein, den wir mit selbst gesammelten Maronen genießen konnten! Jessica mit Familie

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit Marie vor der Reise verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir wurden von ihrem Mann herzlich empfangen und haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, stilvoll renoviert und bestens ausgestattet.

Excellent sejour avec un emplacement ideal avec les principales villes a moins de 40 mn de route.

Trés bon acceuil, des propriétaires à l'écoute et location idéale pour deux familles avec enfants ou 4 couples. Des domaines viticoles tout autour, un chemin de rondo sympa pour les familles et une piscine impeccablement entretenue, qui nous attendait apres nos virées. Pour les sportif, on peut accrocher les trx et un espace pouvant servir aux exercices au poid du corp sont dispos. Belle experience et une adresse qu'on recommande.

Un petit eden

Très jolie maison qui a été un petit havre de paix et de bonheur après ce confinement. Nous avons eu de la chance que la partie de la maison d'en dessous ne soit pas loué également car nous n'avions pas du tout envie de voisins ;) Les propriétaires qui habitent juste à côté sont très discrets et vraiment bienveillants. Ils ont toujours répondu à nos petites questions de citadine. J'ai déjà recommandé cette maison a des amis et j'espère y retourner très bientôt. MERCI ENCORE
