We booked Hotel Face West at the last minute as it is close to the motorway and stayed 2 nights. The room was compact, but very clean and comfortable We found a number of eateries down the street and found one where all the other customers were locals. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good value.

Could have been better!

We had 2 rooms 1 was ok but 2nd toilet seat broken and shower was unusable. The photo we saw on the web was not what we got !

Basic hotel

This could be called a motel. It was not as clean as it should be. There was a smell in the room. The shower was tiny and the rail could not hold any clothes. When the clothes fell, my black coat was disclosed how the floor had not been cleaned for days! No lift

Relatively cheap basic accommodation

Definitely functional, bed comfortable, bath tiny (not useful for fat people) but complete. About 15 inches of floor spaces all around the bed. Very basic place to spend the night before leaving or just upon arrival - I would not want to vacation here. Then again - bedding was nice, as were plush clean towels! Super nice reception employees, very helpful and patient with international clientele. Location convenient (next to an onramp into Avignon, basically - 18 min from TGV station by car) but not loud, some chain restaurants across the street. It was exactly what we needed.

The room was extremely small for a family of 3. We had to step over the one suitcase we had in order to get into the bathroom because there was no room to put it somewhere else. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Small, dirty, smelly

We would definitely not go back there! The room was extra small, which we were expecting but it was very smelly (a chemical odor, barely bearable). There were some obvious spider webs on the ceiling and close to the floor, the toilets seat and the floor was sticky. We didn't feel like we were relaxing over there. Avoid that hotel!

Bad Location. Bad Hotel Never stay there again.

They gave me a code to use at night to check in. There was no keypad. The hotel changed names to Face west. Told no-one. Tax i drove around looking for 10 euros. Rooms tiny. bathroom tiny. Not a hotel, a jail cell more like.

HĂŽtel honnĂȘte pour le prix/localisation mais manque quelque chose simple pour ĂȘtre parfait, chasse d'eau qui goutte toute la nuit, obligĂ© de faire un systĂšme D pour ne plus l'entendre, pas de gel douche dans le distributeur, mur cĂŽtĂ© couloir fin niveau sonorisation on entend tout le monde, climatisation impossible de lui faire souffler du froid malgrĂ©s plusieurs essais et possĂ©dant une clim a domicile donc sachant comment ça fonctionne. En positif, acceuil top et disponible,petit dĂ©jeuner, literie, localisation pour Avignon, parc spirou, le prix. En rĂ©sumĂ© pas parfait mais fait le job pour une nuit.
