The villa is situated on a plot of 1,780m2 and is suitable for five people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.There are many opportunities to relax in the area, such as hiking, golfing, mountain climbing, cycling and horseback riding. Of course you can also sit on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic view while you enjoy a glass of local wine. From the living room you can head out to the covered terrace to sit and relax, or have a meal, or just chill on the lounge set. The private swimming pool (3 x 10 m, depth 2 m) has a sitting area with 'bubble' function and underwater lighting. There is also a deck and a swimming pool alarm for safety.Table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol around the pool are available for some nice extended sunbathing. The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean vegetation. The holiday home almost has it's back against the Carous, one of the most striking mountains of the Languedoc. While you're here on holiday, you should absolutely visit this mountain and enjoy the phenomenal view.Le Poujol sur Orb is a nice little village with pharmacy, organic shop, two bakeries, newsagent, grocery and bike rental at the foot of the Caroux in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc.It's just 2 km from Lamalou les Bains (supermarkets, restaurants, spa, golf course), 6 km from Bedarieux and 45 km from Beziers. Nature lovers will find greenery ranging from olives to vineyards and a wide variety fauna. There are excellent options for hiking, cycling, climbing, canoeing, sailing, etc., in the area. For example, you can visit the lake of Salagou and Laouzas or the Orb and Jaur rivers.
