Very beautiful contemporary family house 150m from the wild coast and 800m from the pretty Govelle beach.
The ocean, the beaches, the Korrigans cave, fishing on foot, the town center of Pouliguen with the port and its covered market halls, small restaurants, hikes along the coastal path, bike rides, jogging, the salt marshes, the BriÚre regional park, the towns of La Baule, Guérande, the shipyards of Saint Nazaire ... There is plenty to discover here !!!

4 large and tastefully furnished bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed of 160 and integrated bathroom with walk-in shower
- 2 bedrooms upstairs with 140 double beds opening onto a balcony
- 1 bedroom upstairs opening onto a balcony with 2 single beds and a cot
Upstairs, bathroom with corner spa bath, double sink and separate toilet.
On the ground floor, large bright living room (large bay windows) of 45m2 with large table for 8 people and living room with 2 sofas and 108cm flat screen TV, blu-ray player, stereo and coffee table.
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) provided.
Open, modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge and 3-drawer freezer, oven, microwave, nespresso, senseo and classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker.

A great property

We enjoyed our stay, the place was spotless, spacious and well equipped. It had a downstairs bedroom and walk in shower that made it accessible for my mother who has mobility issues. The only down side is that the stairs are extremely rickety and I would say dangerous even for older children who are confident using stairs.

This is a nice and spacious house in a nice part of the Pouliguen. We stayed with my 3 teenage children and 4 adults. The balcony is really nice and useful for long and lovely lunches or dinners, the kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use and the laundry facilities means that you have nothing to worry about when staying for longer periods. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing all the information you could wish for. re: the location, you are very close to a beach, 25 minute walk to the Pouliguen centre where mulitple times a week you have a market, you are a 40 minute walk to the centre of Batz-sur-mer and a lovely harbour, you are 5 minute by car from a Super market for all your food and petrol needs, and you can easily go on little day trips, either by renting e-bikes or by car. All in all, we had an amazing holiday. I can recommend the house, the location and the owners.

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La maison est trÚs confortable, joliment décorée et bien équipée, située dans une rue trÚs calme, à deux pas de la CÎte sauvage et non loin des commerces et du centre du Pouliguen. La grande terrasse est un plus pour le farniente, les apéros ou les repas. Nous avons loué des vélos et pu ainsi rayonner sur la région (La Baule, Le Croisic, Guérande... ). La communication avec la propriétaire a été facile de la réservation au départ. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Belle maison trÚs bien située

La maison est moderne et trÚs bien agencée. La terrasse était trÚs agréable. Idéalement située pour aller à pied dans les petites criques et la belle plage de la Govelle. Parfait pour faire la cÎte ou les marais salants en vélo. Le port du Pouliguen est un peu loin à pied mais 10mn de voiture ou un peu plus en vélo. Supermarché tout à cÎté. Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances et nous recommandons la maison.

Die große Terrasse, die mit LiegestĂŒhlen und einem großen Tisch ausgestattet ist, lud zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Die KĂŒste ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und der Fußweg entlang der KĂŒste lĂ€dt zu ausgedehnten SpaziergĂ€ngen ein. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
