You will find around the house many points of interest such as the Lacoste castle, the Fonscolombes castle, Ideal position for the wine route
On wooded grounds of 4500 m², a house of 280 m² overlooking a magnificent, peaceful view!
You will enjoy outside a large swimming pool with 100 m² terrace and a fully equipped pool house.
The house has four bedrooms including a master suite you can enjoy two bathrooms plus a bedroom with shower, a kitchen of 50 m² a living room of 50 m² and a large dining area.
The house is very light and bright, each room is fitted with a picture window directly overlooking the garden.
The neat decoration and the latest generation equipment with of course complete air conditioning throughout the house will allow you to spend an idyllic stay.
You can directly leave the house on foot by bicycle for long walks in the countryside
