Wood stove: first fire prepared, additional wood available (€15 per basket, €50 per half-stere). Unfenced land. 3 km from Le Rheu and 5 km from Rennes, this cottage is ideal for enjoying a stay combining nature and urban proximity. Located in the former Orangerie, beautifully renovated in the park of the Château de la Freslonnière, this cottage offers a unique and peaceful setting. Services and leisure activities: Access to a shared swimming pool (dimensions: 11.50 m x 5.65 m, depth: 1 to 2.80 m) open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., from June 15 to September 15. Free access to a lake for fishing. Preferential rates at the 18-hole golf course. Close to Rennes, this group of gîtes is nestled in the heart of a wooded estate with an 18-hole golf course and 50 hectares of nature.
