A renovated former outbuilding located in the village, near the owners' residence. Ground floor: living/dining room (decorative fireplace)/kitchen, WC (washbasin). First floor: bedroom 1 (two single beds), WC, bathroom, bedroom 2 (one double bed, shower room). Wi-Fi access. Partially enclosed 5,000 m² property with a 2,000 m² private area bordered by a small stream, gravel terrace (garden furniture, griddle). Separate entrance and garden. Swimming pool (12 x 3.3 m) shared with the owner, open from mid-June to mid-September. Yon Valley 2 km away. Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning: €65/stay; Bed linen rental (single bed): €15/stay; Bed linen rental (double bed): €20/stay; Towel rental: €12/person/stay.

Additional charges: Tourist tax: Geothermal heating (heat pump): €10/day (payable on site).
From La Roche-sur-Yon, take the road towards Luçon until you reach Saint-Florent-des-Bois. In the village, after the post office, turn right towards Le Tablier. Continue for 3 km. The gîte is in the village: at the stop sign, turn right; the access road is 50m ahead (wooden gate).
