The villa occupies the upper level of a house, reached by an outdoor tiled staircase. It spans two levels and 105 sq m.

The living room is striking with its high beamed ceiling and exposed timber. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with a stone breakfast bar and a granite worktop. The feel is both modern and Creole, bright all day long.

The covered varangue extends the living space: a large table for outdoor meals, bamboo blinds, and a glimpse of the sea horizon. This is the spot for quiet breakfasts and family dinners.
