Villa Socorro - LE Teich

In a residential area of Le Teich, close to shops and located directly on a cycle path, Villa Socorro is ideally located to enjoy the charms of Arcachon Bay: the port and the Le Teich bird sanctuary are only one kilometer away, and Arcachon and the Dune of Pilat are 15 km away (1 hour by bike). This recent villa comprises three large rooms with white wood cladding. In the center, the bright living room, thanks to its large bay window, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. It is heated in winter by a pellet stove. On either side of this central room are two large, completely independent bedrooms: the first equipped with a 160 cm bed, the second with two 80 cm wide beds, which can be joined to create a large double bed (160 cm). Each room has a private bathroom (sink, walk-in shower, heated towel rail) and a separate toilet: ideal for two couples or a family with two children. Outside, you'll enjoy two private terraces: the first facing the sunrise with garden furniture, a gas grill, and a large table for outdoor dining; the second, facing south and overlooking the sunset, surrounds the private swimming pool, available exclusively for you every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (heated lap pool from May to October depending on the outside temperature). Sheets, towels, and heating are included in the price. The owners are on-site and know the Arcachon Bay inside out and will share their favorite places with you.
