Welcome to "de l'océan," a bright 122 m² house on two levels, ideally located in Le Tour-du-Parc, at the heart of the Rhuys Peninsula and the Parc Naturel Régional du Golfe du Morbihan. Just 1 km from the sea and 20 minutes from Vannes, this private, enclosed property is perfect for a family or group getaway in Southern Brittany, accommodating up to 8 guests!



The house and its amenities

The highlight: a heated pool (8 m x 4 m) under a dome, open from April to late September. Enjoy the lush garden and terrace with awning, sun loungers, and an electric grill—perfect for relaxing in the Breton sun from spring onward. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living and dining area. There’s a bedroom with private shower room, plus a game room with foosball, darts, and a library corner. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with both tub and shower. Bed linens, towels, and cleaning are included in your stay. Parking is easy with several spots on the enclosed property.
