Perched on the Atlantic coast in the Petite Grenade neighborhood, Villa Oney offers easy access to Le Vauclin town center within a 10-minute drive. This securely gated vacation home in Martinique accommodates up to 6 guests. With ample parking for up to 3 cars, guests are welcomed into an environment that exudes serenity. Due to the rocky 800m approach (from Château Paille to Petite Grenade), we recommend an SUV-type vehicle.

Upon entry, you're greeted with a sun-drenched, spacious living area that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen, boasting modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Additional comfort is provided by a utility room with an extra refrigerator-freezer and washing machine.

The main floor hosts two sizable air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom. The master suite upstairs boasts a majestic sea-view balcony and a 180cm bed. This level also offers an air-conditioned mezzanine relaxation area with a TV and an extra bathroom. Throughout Villa Oney, a harmonious blend of antique and contemporary décor creates an ambiance of understated luxury.

Outside, relaxation beckons. Whether lounging by the salt-treated 4x4m pool, sunbathing, swaying in hammocks, or feasting on a barbecue lunch, you're surrounded by 3000m² of verdant grounds.

Kitesurfing enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity (under 15 minutes) to the renowned Pointe Faula. There, watersport lessons and equipment rentals await. Le Vauclin's town market offers fresh fish and local produce, perfect for home-cooked meals. Hikers can easily access the "Trou cochon" trailhead, located just steps from Villa Oney, to explore Martinique's coastal mangroves and native flora and fauna.
Leaving the airport, head for Le MARIN (turn right at the airport traffic circle) and continue straight ahead.

After 5 minutes by car, exit at "Le François". Drive through the town of Le François.

At the traffic circle at the entrance to the village, take the Marin / Vauclin direction (second exit on the right) N6.

After about 4 kilometers, you'll pass through the village of Dostaly. Continue straight on, passing the Cap Est Resort and Spa hotel on your left.
Continue straight on for 6 kilometers to the first traffic circle in Le Vauclin. At the traffic circle, turn left towards Château paille. Drive 1.2 kilometers and you'll find the house on your right, with a white gate.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
