Haus mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Zwei Wochen (August/ September) haben wir in dem geräumigen, schönen Haus mit wunderbar großen Garten gelebt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Was wir besonders genossen haben: die funktionelle Einrichtung, sauber und geräumig, warm und doch kühl am Tag, das Kochen bei offenem Fenster, die große Terrasse mit Markise, Schirm und Liegen, den von der Straße uneinsehbaren Garten, der schattige Parkplatz fürs Auto, die wöchentliche Hausreinigung… Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Herve und Claudine für ihren tollen Service rund ums Haus und ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Die 3 Schlafzimmer geben viel Flexibililät. Der große kombinierte Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vor allem auch die große Küche bzw. der Küchenbereich hat uns gut gefallen, so dass man mit mehreren Leuten gleichzeitig problemlos Essen zubereiten konnte. Und auch die Terasse haben wir genossen mit tollem ausgibigem Frühstück mit frischen Crossants und Baguettes vom nahen Bäcker und leckeren Abendessen bei gutem Medoc :-) Der nahe Strand ist total super, wir mögen gerade den rauhen Atlantik. Aber auch an der Gironde gibt es tolle Bademöglichkeiten. Und er nahegelegene Radweg durch den Wald wurde von uns ebenfalls viel genutzt :-)

Bonne vacances au verdon sur mer

Propriétaire très sympathique,bonne accueil,petit bémol sur l’annonce la maison avait une climatisation mais elle ne fonctionne pas,le four ridicule , poêles et casseroles pas d’âge et pas très propres sinon ont n’a passé de très bonne vacances dans cette maison,très calme belle surface près des plages

Mooi en net huis met privacy

Vrijstaand huis met grote tuin met hek eromheen. Veel privacy. Vriendelijke eigenaren, het huis was netjes en schoon. Inrichting wat gedateerd. 2 km van het atlantische oceaan strand waar het op dat deel erg rustig is, ook in het hoogseizoen.

"Sehr schönes, äußerst ge...

"Sehr schönes, äußerst gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung,das wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Bäckerei und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 300m), größere Einkäufe sind im nahegelegenen Soulac möglich. Erfreulich ist der äußerst herzliche Empfang durch die sehr netten, hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter! Eine Kontaktperson der Vermieter ist in deren Abwesenheit jederzeit vor Ort erreichbar, die Vermieter selbst telefonisch anzusprechen. Der Ablauf vor Ort ist in jeder Hinsicht reibungslos (Hausübergabe etc.),die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert! Wir haben hier in Le Verdon einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und danken Mme. und M. G.nochmals sehr herzlich für die Überlassung ihres schönen Ferienhauses."

"Auch dieses Mal wurden wir wieder herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr gepflegt und läßt keine Wünsche offen was die Ausstattung der Küche, des Hauswirtschafts-und der Sanitärräume angeht. Wir haben uns auch diesmal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.. Sehr angenehm ist, dass die wöchentliche Reinigung im Preis enthalten ist. Fernsehen in deutscher Sprache. Den Internetzugang haben wir gerne intensiv genutzt. "

"Wir fahren seit ca 20 Jahren in Ferienhausurlaub.Das Haus gehört in die TOP 3.Sehr gepflegt,alles neu und wie beschrieben.Fahrrad ist zu empfehlen,Atlantikstrand ist schöner,etwa 10 Min mit Rad,Einkauf um die Ecke,Großeinkauf 5Min Auto,kleiner Ort fußläufig.Sehr angenehmer Vermieter,netter Empfang und zuverlässige Pflegekraft...und jetzt auch SAT-Empfang(deutscher Sender)"

Nachdem wir das sehr umf...

Nachdem wir das sehr umfangreiche Schriftliche erledigt hatten, haben wir ein sehr ruhig gelegenes und wirklich angenehmes Haus vorgefunden. Innen hat es eine helle, freundliche, saubere und ordentliche Atmosphäre in allen Bereichen, die es leicht machte sich wohl zufühlen. Außen eine schöne, sonnige Terrasse, auf der sich morgendliches Frühstück und die nachmittägliche Erholungspause angenehm gestalten ließen. Der Garten ist naturbelassen mit angrenzendem Wald. Dieses Haus können wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Zu späterer Gelegenheit würden wir es auch gerne wieder anmieten, werden dann aber unser eigenes Kochgeschirr mitbringen. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Höhe der Kaution bereits aus dem Angebot hervorginge. Was wir nicht unerwähnt lassen möchten ist der wunderbare Fahrradweg in unmittelbarer Nähe, der sich auch hervorragend zum Inlineskaten eignet. And last but not least: Der Atlantik mit seiner ganzen Schönheit, wunderbarem Sandstrand, Muscheln, Wellen …....

"Das Haus liegt sehr ruhi...

"Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig von allen Seiten durch Bäume abgeschirmt in zweiter Reihe von der Straße. Dennoch ist die Terasse sehr sonnig (Südseite). An Sauberkeit und Ausstattung läßt das Haus eigentlich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Zum Atlantikstrand sind es etwa 15-20 min zu Fuß oder 2 min mit dem Auto. Gerade an stürmischen Tagen ist dieser Abstand zum Atlantik von Vorteil. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus."
