    Kitchen open to the dining room and living room equipped with a wall TV. Kitchen equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, 2 ceramics hobs, oven toaster, kettle, all the dishes you will need 2 bedrooms communicating with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower!
    The house is very very well located, 5 minutes walk from all shops: bakery, butcher, pmu and bar, pharmacy, restaurants an a small supermarket for everyday grocery. At your disposal, a large parking lot inside the property.
    The famous beach of "La Chambrette", with its 2 restaurants in which you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, is a 5 minute walk from the house, possibility to be there by bike or by car. The pier to get to Royan is 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car. the océan beaches (including the famous St Nicolas Beach), 10 minutes by bike.
    A very beautiful cycle path (bicycles provided) in the forest and dunes allow you to connect the verdon s/mer to soulac s/mer.
