A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here — it was a warm and lovely 5-day experience. Our host was incredibly welcoming, the room was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the garden was absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic!

I’m almost reluctant to report how much we enjoyed and valued our experience at the Atelier: others will then want to stay here rendering it less likely to be available for us to revisit! Excellent location, excellent accommodation, excellent hostess and host. Nothing was too much trouble for our hostess, and her wonderful artwork gracing the walls added to the overall charm of the little cottage. A little gem!

Was a lovely place with a lovely hostess!

We enjoyed our time here very much. Our hostess was very welcoming and attentive to us during our visit. The house is cute inside and out and has everything one could need for their stay. A big plus too is that it is within short walking distance to the metro which was super convenient for us as we took this mode of transportation every day.

A Perfect Artist Retreat

Catherine and André’s petite maison atelier was such a perfect and charming place to stay for a couple weeks. It is very spacious and cozy and has great amenities such as a full kitchen and washing machine if needed. Catherine and André were also very accommodating and helpful, with a ride to and from the train station with heavy bags and great recommendations of unique things to do outside of Paris. Their house is a great place to relax, write, and enjoy the greenery of a garden in contrast to the city of Paris. Paris is also just a quick train ride away, with a ten minute walk to the station. But Le Vésinet has all of the great restaurants and boulangeries you could need on a trip to France! Don’t miss the Saturday morning market!

Art studio oasis!

We loved our stay at Catherine and Andre's studio! We can't say enough about the hospitality of Catherine and Andre. They are so gracious and welcoming. We received wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area, places to eat, where to shop, etc. The studio itself had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A bonus was having Catherine's beautiful artwork adorn the walls! The studio is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Though we had a car, their proximity to the center of town and the train system made it quite easy to get around without one. We found the studio was so nice to come back to after our busy days of exploring! Indeed an oasis!

Quelques jours au vert

Une pause dans un petit cocon très agréable et confortable, à proximité aussi bien du centre-ville du Vésinet que de Paris. M. et Mme Chesneau sont des hôtes tout à la fois prévenants et discrets qui ont aménagé avec goût cet atelier d'artiste. Merci pour leur accueil.

Sehr nettes kleines Atelier

Angnehmes kleines Atelier mit Schlafcouch (hart aber gut), kleiner Küche und Bad im Keller. Relativ enge Treppe. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, ansonsten ca 10min zu Fuß zum RER. Gute Anbindung ins Zentrum, kurzer Weg nach St.Germain-en-Laye. Wir waren eine Woche dort.
