The property is in a great location!! With plenty of room. But The house is advertised that is has AC.. but all it has is a portable unit in the living room.. the bedrooms do not cool off at all!! The unit should have been turned on before we got there to help cool the house off!! It never did catch up! The steps going to the outside patio arent the best and do not have a hand rail. Our 82 year old uncle struggled with these steps. Lack of mixing or serving bowls... so make sure you bring some!! The fire stick in the living room was confusing...most everything needed a PIN to watch. For the money... there are nicer houses in the area that DO have central AC!
