The Black Hills await you at this distinctive "silo" cabin, conveniently located 1 block from the clubhouse, pools and splash pad. Featuring a pull-through driveway, EV charger in the 2-stall garage and a RV hook up that can be used from the attached parking pad.

This newly built retreat features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus murphy bed in the loft (1 king bed on main and 3 queen beds upstairs). TVs in every bedroom! 3 bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash to ensure guests feel right at home. Additional 1/2 bath on main.

The fully equipped kitchen includes various small appliances in the pantry for convenience (crock pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker etc.). Coffee lovers will enjoy a Keurig coffee maker featuring single servings or a full pot. A variety of K-cups available.

Step out from the dining room to the back patio to experience relaxation in the great outdoors. The area features an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, gas grill, and Blackstone griddle for your use.

A breezeway off the heated 2 stall garage provides laundry facilities and storage space for equipment and gear.

A kids cubby under the silo stairs offers a fun hideaway for children.

Upstairs, you’ll find a stackable laundry closet and a coffee bar offering a Keurig single serve machine. The stunning loft overlooks the two-story room and includes a queen size Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

-Clean all dishes and return to cabinets -Garbage is required to be in trash bags and deposited in containers provided outside (garbage to curb Tuesday and Friday for pickup)
-Clean Blackstone and grill after use -Close propane valve on Grill and Blackstone -Replace cover on outdoor furniture -Please secure cover on Hot Tub when not in use
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please minimize food and drink in the kids cubby and ensure all spills are addressed immediately to allow good conditions for all guests.
Please do not move or jump on the furniture or beds. Kindly refrain from sitting on the furniture while wearing WET clothing. Hang up wet towels.
