The main sleeping area offers a comfortable bed, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa to accommodate additional guests. Whether you're relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee, the space is built for comfort and simplicity.



Step outside and the experience really comes to life. Soak in the private hot tub under the covered deck, unwind in the sauna, or enjoy evenings around the fire pit while taking in the fresh mountain air. The upper deck provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset views over the trees.

Just minutes away, you’ll find the historic towns of Lead and Deadwood, known for their dining, shops, nightlife, and rich history. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to hiking trails, ATV and snowmobile routes, and nearby ski areas like Terry Peak.



Whether you're looking to explore the Black Hills or simply relax in a private setting, this location offers the best of both worlds—convenience and seclusion.



Getting Around:

Because of the cabin’s secluded location, having your own vehicle is required.



The property is accessed via Maitland Rd and a private dirt driveway, offering a quiet and remote setting in the Black Hills. Most destinations are a short drive away:



Lead: ~10 minutes

Deadwood: ~15 minutes

Terry Peak Ski Area: ~10 minutes



There is little to no cell service near the cabin, so we recommend downloading directions ahead of time before arrival.



Ride share services (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are generally not available in this area.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests space to fully relax and enjoy the cabin, but we’re always available if needed.



The cabin is equipped with WiFi, so once you arrive, you’ll be able to communicate with us through the Airbnb app or internet-based messaging.



Please note that there is little to no cell service in the area, so we recommend reviewing all check-in details and directions prior to arrival.
