Welcome to our charming short-term rental! This lovely condo is perfect for families or a group of friends looking for a cozy and fun-filled stay.
Step into the primary bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed, side tables, a 4-drawer dresser, and a spacious closet. Adjacent to the bedroom is the walk-through bunk room, featuring a twin over full bunk bed - an ideal spot for the kids to have a blast! We've set up a special play area in this room, stocked with toys, old-fashioned computer games, and a DVD library to keep everyone entertained.
You'll find convenience in the shared bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combination and a sink, making getting ready a breeze for all guests.
Our condo is situated in a recently renovated historic building, formerly used as living quarters for the original hospital staff. As you climb up to the 4th floor, you'll be rewarded with a sense of history and character. The open-space kitchen, dining, and living room area boast exposed brick and a stylish ceiling fan, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.
Wake up to stunning east-facing views of the Leadville Co & Southern Railroad and several majestic 14-ers right outside your window. The beauty of the surroundings is simply breathtaking. -Baseboard heating is present; guardians must ensure children don't touch baseboards to avoid burns

You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this.
