County-plowed roads allow easier access and it's only 30 minutes from World Class restaurants and ski resorts in Vail, not to mention Leadville's own Ski Cooper is only 1 mile away! This is the perfect setting for your vacation! The living room with a fireplace opens to a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. You must see this property!

Please note, the owner does not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at many places in Leadville including Safeway and Mt Massive Liquors.
