Found a used tissue between pillows, several hairs on bathroom floor and surface peeling in tub. Following breakfast an employee wandered over while staring at her phone and turned off the television (while I was watching it) then turned off the lights. Otherwise, the facility was nice. Beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay again, but not for the breakfast or friendly staff. The workout space was very nice. Parking and location were great!

Front desk staff was very accommodating, and very friendly. Even my little grandson who is 4 said "nana that lady was so nice." We had a light over our bed that would not go off, I really didn't want to switch rooms with a 4 yr old and we were tired. She came up and remediated the issue..my daughter lives in Leander and we always stay at this hotel. Wish I could remember her name. She also gave us an extra blanet to use for our stay.

Room was clean, breakfast is very basic, the most annoying part is there are a line of trucks parked by the entrance making it very hard to get out of the parking lot - no visibility - not sure why the trucks are parked there - causing a traffic hazard every time we got out. The hotel needs to fix this.

Staff was wonderful. Bathtub was chipping paint so taking an actual bath rather than a shower was not an option for me. Breakfast was limited and didn’t appear fully cooked. Otherwise very happy with my stay

The staff was very professional and nice. The room was fine. The Sheets on the bed was not clean and the tub was disgusting. Because the sheet not clean or have marks from other ppl I could not go to sleep right away thinking about this. The tub was dirty and disgusting. I was truly not happy. The staff was nice and no I didn’t complain to them at all I sucked it up and thought I get what I pay for.
