Very friendly front desk staff as well as the staff that worked the breakfast buffet. The included breakfast buffet was great. Room was nice and clean. I loved that it was free parking especially because you have to pay to park almost everywhere else in Leavenworth. Definitely recommend this resort. We’ll stay again.

Great location, clean rooms, great place to bring families! Lots of activities for children. They even kept the outdoor pool heated in December!! Grandkids loved the game room! Also breakfast covered everyone’s wishes and wants! Nobody will leave hungry! All around we had a great visit with a friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very clean. The sheets even smelled sanitized. The staff wasvery friendly and attentive to our need and comfort. The breakfast is amazing and si delicious. Everything was excellent and very satisfying to our needs. My wife and I will be back to Leavenworth and this is where we want to stay. Great online reservation with amazing team responses. Perfect location close enough to walk to every venue, but far enough from central plaza street noise. Hotel Staff and and spa staff were all fantastic and very helpful! They all treated us like we were at a 5 star resort. They made our stay great! The hotel could definitely use an update.
