Imagine spending a day soaking in the central Washington sunshine in July or filling up on Christmas cheer in December, and conveniently walking home to our 3rd-floor, elevator-accessible condo for an evening with friends and family.

This fully stocked, two-bedroom condo has just the right extra touches to make your stay a little more special. Take in an eagle-eye view of Wedge Mountain, Icicle Ridge, and Tumwater Mountain from the private balcony. Cozy up around the electric fireplace, or decompress in the luxurious jetted tub in the master suite. After a day of shopping or exploring, snuggle into the hotel-quality linens draping one of the two king beds offered, or choose the cozy sofa-sleeper that provides another nice view to take in! In the morning prepare your group a hearty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry machines are also included, so don’t be afraid to venture off the beaten path!

Feel like basking in the sun down by the river? The infamous “Barn Beach” is a short walk away and a wonderful place to lay down a blanket and enjoy a picnic. If walking on a scenic trail sounds more like your pace, that is also just a few steps away! Take the kids to the playground and run some of that energy off while you’re at it.

This condo is located in downtown Leavenworth in the heart of town. What that means is there will be noise associated with being in that type of setting. Additionally, there is a unit above this condo and you may also hear some noise from that unit above. If you are noise-sensitive, you may prefer another option. We are happy to help you choose from 90+ other homes we professionally manage. Just ask!

Important: There is only one parking spot included with this condo. The parking stall is 7'2" high and 21' long. If you have a tall/large vehicle and/or a roof rack, beware. You may choose to find street parking if needed.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
