The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town center. Appreciated off street parking. Only negative was the dated heating system which was on the noisy side albeit efficient.

Noticed some areas that weren’t clean and saw some mold on the faucet. We did not sleep well due to that fact that the guests staying above us were obnoxiously loud.

Staff was great, but barely walking on the floors, my feet were black and then my socks were Found several long black hairs on our bathroom linens. Room was small, but cute. beds and linen very comfortable. For the price I think we could’ve gotten something a little nicer and maintained

This motel is bad at communication. After I made my reservation on Expedia, I needed to reach the motel to make sure we had booked a first floor room - like the photo showed. The motel wouldn't answer their phone after multiple tries over multiple days, had no answering machine and didn't list an email address. I had to send them an email through Expedia requesting a first floor room. Upon arrival, we learned the motel had given us a second floor room and insinuated that Expedia never sent them my email. With the realization that the situation wouldn't work for us, we asked for a refund. The clerk told us she could only reach her boss through email and that it could take awhile to okay that. So they left my elderly, disabled sister waiting in a hot parking lot for 2 hours & 50 minutes to tell us they wouldn't give us a refund unless someone else rented the room that night. By then it was nearly 7:00 pm. We ended up paying them $260/night for a 1st floor room with only one bed. :-(

3 flights of stairs. Very small room for a suite. No kitchen or living area. Way too overpriced. Loud air conditioning. Uncomfortable, unpleasant. Check-in was also unpleasant as the person at the front was arguing with her daughter and granddaughter on the phone.
