Summary:
Experience a cozy retreat in our recently remodeled ground floor suite with one Queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Enjoy modern conveniences like a flatscreen LCD TV, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot tub! Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and take advantage of parking for one car during your stay. Come stay with us to take in the beautiful Bavarian themed village of Leavenworth! You won't be disappointed :)

The Space:
The Aspen Suite has one queen sized bed a kitchenet and a full bathroom.

There is a community back patio area with barbeque, patio furniture, and hot tub for all of the Snowcreek units.

Other Things to Note:
The Aspen Suite offers 1 free parking spot on the side of the building. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details.

If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of one dog allowed per stay with a fee of $25 per pup per night. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. We do charge the fee after the booking is confirmed.

Note: The pet fee is not included in your booking. To cover the cost, It will be added separately when you confirm your reservation as an alteration request. Kindly accept it when you can.

Just a quick note: After you book, we’ll need to verify your ID, get your agreement to our terms of service, and place a temporary credit card hold for incidentals—like hotels do. This helps us protect our space and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Thanks for understanding! Preauthorization Hold Details: $50 for suites. No charges are made unless damage or policy violations occur.

We had a wonderful time! The suite is super close to town, 2 minute walk, made it easy to enjoy the Oktoberfest activities and come back whenever we needed to freshen up or take a nap! Very clean and quiet. We also loved the private patio, enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Host is super responsive and helpful, really appreciated all the communication!

Location and accomodations were great but...

The location was great. Close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. The only problem that I had was that I could not fall asleep until about 3 a.m. because of the noise in the room above us. There was constant foot traffic noise, voices and even slamming doors several times. I was very surprised you could hear everything so clearly. It was a little frustrating.

Perfect place for our 31st anniversary

The property was everything it was described. The location was super close to all activities, shops, restaurants, and even the beach. The room was in perfect order. Very nice and comfortable.
