Very friendly staff. Especially Kim and Aaron. Room, hall and check-in atea very clean. Breakfast was awful. Cold, under cooked. Pool was green and full of debris.

Comfortable room, but disgusting breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. After hours on the road, a hot shower and soft bed was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was the worst we've experienced at a hotel so far. Microwaved omelets with plastic tasting bacon. They had a waffle maker there, but the spray for the interior of the machine was literally silicone. I don't expect high-end dining at this level of a hotel, but this was not even edible. We ended up leaving and buying breakfast elsewhere.

Was staying overnight between moving and I was so impressed with the property. The staff was so kind and the building was so clean. The rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was great. Wish I could stay again it was the best stay in a loooong time.

Was traveling from PA to AZ, when a snow and ice storm came in. Decided to stay here two nights for the weather to clear. Spent over $400, go there checked in and went to the room. Opened the door to find someone’s belongings everywhere. I left all my belongings there and grabbed my two dogs and went back to reception to find out I was the SECOND person in a row this happened to. Only room left had no working tv, WiFi wouldn’t work. I was stuck in a room for nearly two days with no form of entertainment but was desperate for a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. I’m still livid that I paid what I paid considering all the issues. The staff was very apologetic and friendly though.
