The employee whom checked checked us in was terrific and professional. When we went to breakfast the employee whom was working did not speak with us so we did not know we could simply serve ourselves. It was a bit awkward sitting there until we asked about simply going to the buffet. The room above was noisy from simply walking on the floor. This was not the hotel's fault, however, there were kids running in the halls making noise and once knocked on our door and ran.

Using room card to access elevator..very comforting for our safety. Could not get Keurig to produce a cup of hot water!!It would produce water..but only cold! For senior travelers..having a recliner in the room would be so very much appreciated!!

This was a very nice and clean hotel. The front desk woman was very kind, helpful and even gave our girls candy when they got towels for the pool. I have zero complaints except that the bathroom has the sliding barn door and it was not private AT ALL! Otherwise it was a great stay for one night.

The room and the property were amazing. My only negative for my stay was my experience ordering dinner from the bar. It took almost an hour to get my food (my order was apparently given to someone else at the bar) and when I did get it, it was cold.

Quiet hotel off highway…no highway noise. Rooms are spacious, good front desk service only downside is breakfast is additional charge including water. But close to Lebanon/ Hanover, a good selection of food away from hotel.
