This obviously very new hotel is very spacious, sleek and slender furnished and decorated, yet very cozy. Same are the rooms. All very clean, great amenities , free bottled water, biscuits, apples, earplugs (!) and sleeping masks (!) in a pantry corner near the elevators on every floor. I would have loved to spend an evening in the cozy seating arrangements by the open fire place in the lobby with a drink from the lobby bar.

Due to staffing issues there was no breakfast sandwiches or lattes. There was complimentary coffee. You would think on a weekend, also was told they were sold out all weekend that they might do a better job to find a barista. The bar closed at 10 on a Friday night. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Tight quarters for 2 double beds, barely enough room to walk around the room. If you have 2 beds, might want to put a few more chairs in the room. The staff was nice and friendly.
