This is not a hotel, it’s a bed and breakfast. Walk-up to room - no elevator if physically challenged . The owners live there full time as well. There are two rooms In total they rent out - no privacy. Centrally located in Lecce.

Der Gastgeber sehr entgegenkommend, nett, gibt alle Informationen. Lage toll (Altstadt), nur ziemliche Parkplatz probleme aussehab der Staddtmauer. Parkplatz cca 300 m entfernt und meistens besetzt. Unser Zimmer, groß aber ohne jeglichen Charm. Mobiliar z.T aus abgeschliffenen Brettern zusamengezimmert., nur 1 Nachttischlampe, Schrank in einer Wandnische - Stange mit Dratkleiderbügel. Bad cca 1,2 qm, keine Ablageflächen, Frühstücksraum - ähnlich. Nach dem ersten Frühstück sind wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen. In der Beschreibung steht tägliche Reinigung . Währed der 3 Tage unseren Aufenthaltes hat niemand unsreres Zimmer betreten. Im großen und ganzen stimmt das Preis -Leistung nicht ganz...

駅からの立地、レッチェの有名観光地からの立地どちらも徒歩圏内で近くには美味しいリストランテやお土産物屋さんも揃う不便のない場所です。 また、B&B自体も、バロック様式の建物をうまく活用しつつ、可愛らしく手入れも行き届いている、とても素敵なお部屋でした。レッチェに来た事をお部屋だけで実感させてくれ、私はついついお部屋に長居して過ごしてしまいました。私は12月の訪問だったので、朝食はダイニングルームで頂きましたが、夏場はお花がたくさん咲くテラスでいただけるそうで、夏場にも行ってみたいなぁと思っています。 もうこれだけで最高なのですが、オーナーのAngeloと奥様の人柄がとても素晴らしく、付かず離れずの距離感を取りつつ、毎日部屋はどうか、おすすめの観光場所や美味しいリストランテ等について色々と気にかけて下さり、1人旅の私はとても助けられ、快適に楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。 年越しは最高の想い出もくれて、感激でした。 レッチェに行く時は必ずこちらに泊まりたいと思っています。 本当にありがとう！

Perfect location to visit Lecce

Perfect location and very nice accommodation, nice old house very authentic. good breakfast. The host should learn english so the communication would be facilitated.

레체 올드타운의 다정한 비앤비

주인 아저씨가 매우 친절했다. 영어가 잘 통하지는 않았지만 궁금하거나 요청할 것이 있으면 왓츠앱으로 대화하며 구글번역 사용해서 불편함은 없었다. 3일을 묵었는데 아침식사도 맛있었고 방도 냉방도 잘되고 침대도 편했다. 하루 저녁은 와인과 스낵을 준비해주셨는데 좋았다. 루프탑 방에서 자서 옥상을 다 쓸수 있었는데 밤이면 쏟아질 듯한 별도 관찰할 수 있어 좋았고, 올드타운 안에 위치해서 관광하기도 편했다. ZTL 바깥이랑 멀지 않아서 바로 ZTL 밖에 파란 주차선에 주차해두면 되어 문제없었다. 주차비도 오후 9시부터 오전 9시까지랑 오후2시부터 오후 6시까지 정도는 무료라서 부담되지도 않았다. 다만 엘리베이터가 없고 계단이 좁고 가팔라 크고 무거운 짐을 가진 사람이면(우리처럼) 고생 좀 하게 될 듯. 돨뫈 방울 맬윌 췰월줄질 않앜욟♡ 3윌 이후엨 칰웤쥳댜굨화넬욜. 쑤껀또 빠꿔쭈찌않꼬 쭈까욜금 뇌야한뉘깔 아껴쑤쒜열:) 왕잉팡잉동 꼭댁긱층엑석능 앙터줘혈.

L’Antica Dimora dei Nonni se niche au cœur du centre historique. L’endroit est très charmant, les murs historiques, les chambres spacieuses. C’est le point de départ idéal pour partir à la découverte de Lecce. Sans compter Angelo, hôte parfait du lieu, qui prépare un délicieux petit-déjeuner (servi sur la terrasse), et fait en sorte que notre séjour à Lecce soit le plus agréable possible grâce à ses conseils, son sourire et son sens de l’humour.

Newly opened B&B, very nice location close to Porta Rudiae. Parking area only 200 mtrs away and easly accessible also with heavy luggage. Owners are a nice and friendly couple which will assist in all your needs during your stay and make sure your vacation will be comfortable and unforgettable. Nice terrace where you can have breakfast, a snack or a glass of Primitivo. Suite available with a large terrace if you plan to spend few days in Lecce and use it as a base camp to explore Salento.
