The Villa, fenced, renovated and with brand new furnishings, is located inside the Del Rauccio Park just 100 meters from the sandy beach with equipped beaches and free beaches, 50 meters from a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, bar, pizzeria and 12 km from Lecce, the undisputed capital of baroque and nightlife. The villa is divided into three housing solutions that can also be rented individually.
Description of apartment sleeping 4 (2+2):
- The 4-bed apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, open dining area, double sofa bed, TV, open double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, air conditioning, ceiling and/or floor fans, 1 equipped outdoor gazebo with table and chairs for exclusive use. The apartment is equipped with crockery, cookware and pillows. Available to all guests: garden, sun loungers, sitting area, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue.
Prices include electricity, water, gas and air conditioning.
To be paid on site:
- security deposit to be returned at the end of the stay: 70 euros
-tourist tax euro 2.50 per day per person (excluding children under 13 years old)
Supplements:
-small and medium-sized pets allowed with a supplement of 7 euros per day.
-large pets allowed with a supplement of 10 euros per day.
-maximum total animals allowed 1
-on request bed linen and towels with a supplement of euro 15 per person for the entire stay.
