The house is very contemporary, fully renovated and designed. We have chosen comfortable, contemporary, high-quality Italian brand furniture.
For those who love to cook or entertain friends, the kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a ham slicer, ice machine, Magimix, food processor, and espresso machine.
For added convenience, we have installed a cold room, which is rare in a rental but extremely practical. You can do your shopping, especially for fruits and vegetables, for 15 days without them spoiling. Air conditioning is installed in all the bedrooms. However, the house is surrounded by greenery, so it never gets too hot.
The estate where the house is located is a privileged area of Portovecchio. The estate was built in 1960, so the vegetation is very dense. It is a sought-after estate because it is very quiet and close to Portovecchio.
The estate's unique feature is its four private white sand beaches. No one can access these beaches except by boat. You have an exceptional place in France where you can lie on white sand beaches with very few people around. This place is ideal if you come with your family or young children.
The house is a 5-minute walk from one of the estate's private beaches, in the second row. At the end of the garden, you can access the small path leading to the beach. It's a very bucolic environment—a dream. The private beaches resemble a Maldives setting, with transparent water and large rocks scattered in the blue expanse.
The estate is secure. There is a guard at the entrance who opens the gate for you. During peak season, the guard stays all night.
Ideally situated next to the small village of St Cyprien. St Cyprien is a place where you can find an excellent butcher, a bakery, and a small supermarket, all within a 10-minute drive.
Ten minutes by car towards Portovecchio, there is a large Super U where you can do your main shopping.
Around the estate, there are numerous beach restaurants and other excellent dining options. St Cyprien even has a bistronomic restaurant.
Portovecchio is a charming large tourist village in southern Corsica. It is a typical Corsican village, very lively in the evening. Many restaurants will let you taste Corsican regional cuisine.
You can discover many bars and ice cream parlors in the village, as well as numerous shops.
The estate also backs onto the large Calarossa beach with its many water activities and beach restaurants.
Five minutes from the estate, the village of St Cyprien will welcome you with its many shops, its diving club, and its wonderful beach. In St Cyprien, there is a small supermarket, a butcher-charcutier, and a very good baker.
You can dine in St Cyprien at Triaglianu on the square or enjoy an excellent pizza at Marco's on the beach.
The house has a private pool and a beautiful garden with a large, friendly terrace.
We have tried to create many different spaces so that guests can isolate themselves, take a nap, or gather to chat. For example, we have just created a platform under the trees with a comfortable small sofa for afternoon naps. There is also a wooden platform to isolate from the pool and sunbathe in peace.
The rental consists of 5 bedrooms on the ground floor in total, including 2 small independent bedrooms with bathrooms in the annex of the main house. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The small exterior bedrooms have their private bathrooms with toilets. Inside, the large bedroom has its bathroom and private toilet, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. In total: 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
The upper floor is private, reserved for the owner.
For sleeping, the beds are from the Sofitel brand "My Bed," which you also find in the 5* hotels of the Barrière group, so you will sleep like a dream.
We provide 8 sun loungers for the outdoor terraces.
A very cozy garden lounge area will allow you to enjoy an evening aperitif on the terrace.

To go to the nearest private beach, a small path leads directly from the house to walk to this beach. Possibility to rent a cormorant boat.
Southern Corsica is renowned for its beautiful white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters.
Around Portovecchio, you will find the famous Palombaggia beach, Calarossa beach, Santa Giulia beach, St Cyprien beach, Balistra beach, Portonovo beach, Tramulimacchia beach, and Tarco beach.
