Comfortable mini-villa, in duplex,air-conditioned, located at only 250m from the magnificent beach of St Cyprien, in a quiet and family residence, is the ideal destination for serene vacations with family or friends.
Only 8 km north of Porto-Vecchio, the beach of Saint Cyprien, is a large bay with turquoise waters and fine sand, with easy access for young children.

The residence is composed of 27 semi-detached and semi-detached mini villas.
They are scattered in a pleasant park with flowers and trees.

Local shops within walking distance ( 200 m) are at your disposal: supermarket, delicatessen with local products, bakery, butcher's shop, bookshop, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and a post office.

Beach with young children, maintained, supervised and equipped (pontoons and navigation channels).

Very nice beach restaurants (especially in the evening!).

nous avons passé un très bon séjour ce qu'il nous a manqué dans le logement c'est un micro ondes Merci à Mr Verdier pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité au moindre petit souci

vacances de rêve

Maison propre et fonctionnelle, cependant un peu chaude par le temps qu'il faisait. La douche extérieure a été particulièrement appréciée ainsi que la proximité de la plage et des commerçants. Toutefois j'ai regretté une attitude peu commerciale de l'agence immobilière concernant une commande faite un mois avant l'arrivée et oubliée par l'agence alors que le gérant sur place s'est montré extrêmement serviable et gentil. D'où une note moins bonne pour la communication avec le gérant immobilier.
