This apartment is a perfect base for families and groups of friends who wish to explore the area between the lake and the mountains, while staying in a quiet setting just a few steps from the lake and the town center. It is located on the fourth floor of a condominium with an elevator and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It features a double bedroom and a comfortable foldaway single bed in the living room, making it ideal for couples, small groups of friends, or families of up to 3 people. The property also includes a private garage within the complex, available for guests. Surrounded by greenery, the house offers a peaceful environment and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Upon entering the apartment, on the right you will find the living room with a dining area and access to a balcony with mountain views. On the left, there is a very functional kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. In front of the entrance is the double bedroom and, next to it, the bathroom. The apartment is practically furnished and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Lecco is a beautiful town on Lake Como, well served and full of excellent restaurants, shops, and supermarkets with convenient opening hours. While offering all the services of a city, it maintains the charm of a quiet village surrounded by natural beauty. Lecco is well connected by public transport and is an ideal base to explore both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The railway line connects Lecco directly to Milan, Bergamo, and other towns along the eastern branch of Lake Como. Just a few minutes from the apartment, there is also the ferry station, perfect for discovering the picturesque villages on the opposite side of the lake. .
