Large three-room apartment located in the heart of the city, about 10 minutes from the train station and 400 meters from the lakefront promenade and cycle path. Ideal for families or couples of friends who want to stay in one of the historic residential areas of Lecco, being able to walk to all the main areas of interest of the city. Since it is also equipped with desks, it can also be useful for those who need to stay for study and work reasons .
The apartment is located at the end of Viale Turati, which connects the railway station area to the historic Cappuccini Church; the vital center of the city of Lecco, the avenue houses numerous commercial services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and historic activities such as the Pastificio Emiliano, a reference point for lovers of fresh pasta and first courses ready to be cooked in the oven. Near the apartment there are numerous parking lots, many of which are free and without time limits.

Recently renovated, the spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable stay: double-glazed windows, air conditioning in both rooms, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and mattresses, and everything you need for a complete stay: kitchen equipped with dishes for cooking and dining, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and related milk frother for cappuccino, kettle, comfortable sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and iron.
