Surrounded by a large garden filled with orange trees, lemon trees, roses, and Mediterranean plants, the property is designed for relaxation and outdoor living. Enjoy the private saltwater swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m), available during the summer months, or share special moments under the pergola with outdoor dining area, garden furniture, and barbecue.

The spacious and bright house is divided into two independent floors, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends:

• Ground floor: cozy living-dining room with biomass stove, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 toilet.

• First floor: living room with kitchen and biomass stove, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

The house is located in the charming village of Chite, a place rich in history and art, where the famous painter José Guerrero once lived. His works can be found in prestigious museums such as the Guggenheim Museum in New York and the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid. Close to the house, you can also visit the José Guerrero Artistic Residence by arranging a visit through the local town hall.

A perfect place to unwind, enjoy nature, and discover the beauty of Granada and the Lecrín Valley.

Great stay

Very pleasant property in a quiet village, well-located for the Alpujarras, Granada and the Costa Tropical. The house is modern, well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. Juan Antonio was very helpful in meeting us at the beginning of our stay and very responsive to issues we had with wifi and hot water upstairs (hopefully now permanently resolved). Chite is a small, quiet village with a good local bar but not much else. The neighbouring village, Lecrín, has a much wider range of facilities and is within walking distance. The wider area has lots of attractive villages worth exploring too.

Este puente de Andalucía hemos estado tres parejas con nuestros hijos y hemos estado súper bien.Casa súper limpia , muy bonita parece que estaba de estreno decoración genial y no faltaba nada ,sitio para aparcar , plancha y tabla para ropa ,horno ,microondas, lavadora,lavavajillas , una terraza muy amplia con merendero grande munos naranjo y limoneros y flores preciosas. Sitio muy tranquilo. Juan Antonio y su mujer creo que un encanto nos dieron las indicaciones por donde llegar sin dificultad si lo hacéis como os indican llegaréis a la primera,nos recibieron muy bien nos dejaron para todos magdalenas y leche , y luego nos indicaron que podíamos coger naranjas y limones que zumos más bueno nos hemos tomado todos , volveremos nos a gustado mucho . La estufa de pelet una pasada que calienta todo súper bien. Todo genial buen trato y limpieza gracias

Juste parfait !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine de vacances entre amis dans cette maison et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La maison est très bien située dans un petit village paisible. Antonio, le propriétaire est très gentil et reste disponible. Je recommande vivement.

Beautiful country home near Granada

This spacious new home is a half hour by car from Granada and looks out over the Sierra Nevada. It is located a kilometer down a country lane, so we appreciated being met right off the highway by Juan Antonio and Maria, who led the way and gave us a quick orientation. Mornings in the secluded garden, over coffee and orange juice we squeezed ourselves with oranges from the citrus grove could not have been more pleasant. The days we spent here were a highlight of our time in Andalucia.
