A fabulous country house situated in a picturesque hamlet of Coddington surrounded by countryside only 6 miles from Ledbury below the Malvern hHills and Worcester, Gloucester, Hereford and Cheltenham are Approx 30 minutes away.

The house is opposite All Saints church and dates back to 1700’s and wings added in the early 1800’s. From 1921 to 1957 The Old Rectory house a private school originally to look after children whose parents were serving in the armed forces in India.

The Old Rectory has 5 kingsize bedrooms all en-suite made up of a self contained annex with a king size bedroom and ensuite (shower). There are a further 4 kingsize bedrooms and 4 more bathrooms. Sleeps 10

Downstairs there are two large sitting rooms and a library. The large kitchen has a large range(Aga) with 4 ovens and seating for 4. The dining room next door to the kitchen has seating for 10

There is a delightful and well maintained 2 acre garden with 2 ponds and large cedar tree. There is outdoor dining seating 12

The Old Rectory is a traditional country house and is a family home. It would suit family holidays.
