Although the booking was confirmed and paid for we could not access the property. A delightful lady tried to help us but the host would not respond. After nearly 2 hours sitting outside the property trying to get everything sorted out by which time it was dark I booked hotel rooms. The evening I had hoped to spend with my daughter going out for a meal before she returned to university was ruined. First time a booking has not been anything other than perfect.
