Modern property let down by poor cleanliness

Apartment is located close to the canal and is a short walk to Leeds city centre. On arrival we noticed the cleanliness was very poor, the property had clearly not been vaccumed, surfaces were grubby and old food had been left in the fridge. We reported this to the owner who did offer to send a cleaner round but we said we would wipe surfaces over etc as we were tired from travelling Following this we discovered further issues, the overall cleanliness of the property was extremely poor. The oven and fridge had clearly not been cleaned and we were shocked to discover large chunks of cooked meat stagnating in the airfryer rendering it unusable. The property is fairly new and modern and should've been a luxurious experience but was let down by the poor standard of maintenance and cleaning.
