Our house is conveniently located at just a 2 min drive and 15 mins walk from Leeds City Centre.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by the double bedroom featuring windows that fill the space with natural light, along with a bathroom conveniently located nearby.
To your left, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a cosy living room, a dining area with seating for four and an open-plan kitchen.
Exiting the living room, a short flight of 5 to 6 steps takes you to the second floor, which houses the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Throughout our home, you'll appreciate the beautiful vintage-style windows that offer stunning views of the canal.
2 bedrooms:
Our house features two inviting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a king-size bed, which complete with a master ensuite.
Both bedrooms are equipped with windows that let in natural light, and built-in wardrobes ensure a clutter-free stay.
Living, dining and kitchen:
Our living area features a smart TV and a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed upon request. Enjoy breathtaking views of the canal from the window while you relax.
The stylish dining area accommodates four and is part of the open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Cafetière and an air fryer.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've got a selection of board games and books for you to relax and have some fun!
