When I booked in July it was confirmed as - Room, 1 Double Bed (The King). On arrival we were told that due to overbooking we had a single room with 2x single beds with a double mattress on top. There sheets were ripped in two places which was unacceptable .The room was very small for a couple and provided only one cup for refreshments. Breakfast was of good standard however all tables were full of used dishes and plates from previous guests .We asked for them to be cleared however towards the end of our breakfast only a few dishes were cleared and the table had not been cleaned . We were very disappointed with the level of service . There only seemed to be one lady clearing the tables so we understand she was extremely busy . I look forward to your reply.

Bedroom was clean but small, bathroom was tight especially the wc area but clean and functional. TV didnt seem to work and the bed seemed very itchy to me and partner. Hotel convenient a few minutes walk from carpark and arena. Breakfast was good, plentiful and fresh, lots of choice.

Staff were amazing when it appeared my booking had someone been made double and a duplicate one made. When i explained I'd used app to make my initial booking only, they were extremely helpful to make sure that the duplicate pne got cancelled and that I would only be charged for the initial one. Also when shower door had come of its front runners I explained to staff at front desk and it was looked into after I'd left for a show at Arena that same evening. Room was extremely clean, bed very comfy, AC worked well. Breakfast had a variety of choices and something for everyone. Always love staying here if seeing a show/gig at nearby First Direct Arena, as perfectly located, being less than a 2 mins walk away. Distance from shopping areas is spot on and eating places a plenty nearby too.

My solo stay was great. Quick check in with nice staff. Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Would have appreciated a mini fridge but it's not the end of the world for a short stay.

It was ok. In terms of location, you could not be better placed for the arena. However the bathroom was so small and tight spaced it verged on uncomfortable and my pillowcase was dirty. When reported, they did seem embarrassed and I have been given 1000 Accor points as a gesture of goodwill, but I would rather have had the clean linen!

First time we have stayed here to attend the arena but certainly won't be the last. Only one slight complaint, please move the toilet roll holders forward so that you dont have to be double jointedto reach behind you. Other than that everything was spot on.

All good except the receptionist. She voiced out that no early check-in can be arranged when we approached her, before we had spoken any word. I understand that she should had answered the same questions many many times everyday, but is it more appropriate for her to listen what her customer need instead of guessing? In fact, we merely wanted to deposit our luggage. i feel disrespected.
