Good clean facilities. Room was a bit of an odd layout - had seperate wardrobe and dressing table area by the bathroom which was good but meant bedroom area was quite cramped. Room would be better set up the other way around. Toilet roll holder needs moving - it was practically on the toilet seat!

Great value stay. Room was nice and clean and appreciate the 12 o clock check out time. Parking is only £10 overnight which is great considering parking in Leeds City Centre is extortionate. Short walk into the centre althought there are also dining options and supermarkets on your doorstep.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and the car park beside the hotel which included a discount for hotel guests. Our room was both spacious and well laid out and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of room for luggage etc., It is difficult to say anything negative about this hotel.
