We enforce a three-strike rule for disturbances. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is appreciated.

- To maintain the quality and comfort of our accommodation for all guests, we take a refundable deposit of £150. This deposit covers any potential damages, extra cleaning, or additional services used beyond what's included in the booking. Provided there are no issues, the full amount will be refunded to you shortly after checkout. This is just a precaution to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone staying with us! (long term stays have a security deposit of £200 per month, half of which is refundable if no damage etc).
