Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This bright and comfortable studio features an open-plan bedroom and living area with Smart TV (Netflix) & dining table- perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Separate modern kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, and all the utensils you could possibly need. The separate bathroom has a refreshing shower and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, soap and fresh towels for an stress-free stay.

Please note:

The flat is under a 2 bedroom house which is also an airbnb. Little noise may be heard but nothing excessive. There are 2 Stairs leading down to the property. May Not be suitable for disabled people.

Guests will have owners phone number as well as the co-hosts.
We both live close by so can attend the property if needed. Noise needs to be kept down and house rules should be respected.

We do not charge a cleaning fee so the property is expected to be left as found.
Any damage to bedding etc will be charged to guests.
