We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the garden was full of flowers with a cute vegetable patch. If you are looking for a place to stay that gives an old English county house vibe this is perfect. I also have a lot of dietary requirements as I am gluten free and vegetarian and the owners could not have been more accomodating. They were very knowledgeable and I felt safe eating here (their breakfasts were delicious). They even went out their way to place milk alternatives for my morning coffee in our rooms, with some lovely gluten free biscuits. The hotel was spotless and our room had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we will be returning soon 😊
