Tucked away in the peaceful Burmontofts area of Leeds, West Yorkshire, this idyllic property offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, countryside feel, yet just 1–2 miles from Leeds city centre. You'll be wonderfully close to the O2 Arena, plus all the major bars and restaurants.

Step inside to discover a beautifully designed country-style living room and kitchen – warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxed family time.

Outside, the rear garden is a little haven. Sink into the jacuzzi beneath a pergola with softly dimmed lighting. Enjoy friendly dartboard games, settle into the seating area, and listen to the gentle water features. Both front and back gardens feature neat Astroturf, additional seating, and soothing water features – lovely for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset.

Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms, each stylishly decorated for a restful night's sleep. The downstairs toilet adds convenience, while the upstairs bathroom offers a wonderful touch: a television and a long, sheer sofa. This allows one guest to lounge and watch TV while another enjoys a peaceful bath – ideal for couples or small families.
